Since its launch in 2010, SD Urban Retail has acted as consultant, manager and leasing agent for nine retail properties owned or developed by Storage Deluxe, totaling over 120,000 gross square feet.

Its current assets under management include four properties totaling over 48,000 gross square feet in Brooklyn and Miami.
